Water Kefir Avocado Vinaigrette
1/3 cup water kefir vinegar
1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
2 tablespoons avocado
2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1/8 teaspoon himalayan salt or to taste
Blend by hand or in a vitamix. A high speed blender is not necessary with this dressing. You may also use lemon or apple cider vinegar in place of the kefir but the kefir gives an extra boost of probiotics.
